Midnight Surcharge: All the rates shown on the website are applicable during normal hours from 0700hrs till 2200hrs only. Transfers that occurred from 2300hrs to 0600hrs will be subject to a 50% midnight surcharge of the actual amount.
Airport Arrival Transfer Waiting Time: Kindly look for our Airport Representative holding a placard under your name upon exiting the arrival hall. Our standard waiting time for Airport Arrival is 90 minutes after the flight touches down. Kindly call our driver if there is any delay in immigration. Otherwise, it will be considered as No Show.
Confirmation of booking: A confirmation will be sent via email upon booking. We reserve the right to provide a similar category of vehicle in the event the vehicle requested type is not available.
Midnight surcharge: A 50% surcharge will be charged for transfers between 2300hrs – 0630hrs.
Departure transfers to airport should be 31/2 hours before the original flight timing.
Smoking and Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Law prohibits drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a charge for the full quoted price and other occurring charges.
Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.
Limitations of Liability : We will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; flight delays; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Termination Of Any Service: Exotic Asia reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the driver feels that the passeger is putting the driver or vehicle in any danger of injury or damage. In the possession of any illegal material and or illegal substances, this service will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy :We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we have are flexible in our cancellation policy. Below are our standard cancellation chargersa) Cancellation occurs Less than 72hrs hours of pick up time or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show) without notification will be charged 100% cancellation chargers.b) Cancellation Above 72hrs Full Chargers will be refunded within 7 Working Days
