Refund Policy

Refund & Cancelation Policy :

We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we have are flexible in our cancellation & refund policy. Below are our standard cancellation/refund policy

a) Cancellation occurs Less than 72hrs hours of pick up time for any reason  will be charged 100% cancellation chargers and No Refund will be given.

b) If customer appear “No Show” at pick up location for more than 90minutes, will be charged 100% and No Refund will be given.

c) Cancellation Above 72hrs will be Fully Refunded within 7 Working Days. Kindly send us a with written notification via email on your reason to cancel.

d) Any cancellation of tours/transfers made by Company due to unforeseen circumstances will be fully refunded within 7 working days.

e) All refunds will be credited back to FPX, Credit/Debit card used during booking.
