Pick-Up Information
Pick-up is from a designated meeting point in Kuala Lumpur (exact location will be provided upon booking).
This is a Seat-In-Coach (SIC) transfer, meaning you will be sharing the bus with other passengers.
Border Crossing & Immigration
Passengers must carry valid travel documents, including passports and visas if required.
You will need to disembark for immigration clearance at both the Malaysian and Singaporean checkpoints.
The driver will wait at the designated area after immigration clearance before continuing the journey.
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage (up to 20kg) and one small carry-on.
Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
Punctuality & Waiting Time
Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure to avoid missing the bus.
The bus operates on a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late passengers.
