Pick-up is available from any hotel or location in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. A surcharge of MYR 50 per vehicle may apply for pick-ups outside the standard service area, subject to confirmation.
Punctuality & Waiting Time
Be ready at your designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes. Any delays beyond this may result in trip cancellation without a refund.
